Publications International Network's affiliated web sites. When you
choose to use this service, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of
this service agreement between you and Transcontinental Publications International Network.

d. Transcontinental Publications International Network may change, suspend or
discontinue any aspect of this service at any time, including the
availability of any database feature or content. Transcontinental
Publications International Network may also impose limits or restrict your
access to parts or all of this service without notice or liability.
CONTENT
a. The contents of this service are intended for your personal, commercial
use. All materials you publish on this service (including, but not limited
to news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video
clips, also known as "content") shall not violate any protected
copyright of parties credited as content providers.
b. The ownership of Transcontinental Publications International Network
assumes no liability resulting from any infringement claim brought by any
such entity deemed to control a patent, trademark or copyright.
c. Thusly all members as sovereigns shall abide by all copyright notices,
information, or restrictions contained in any content they intend to utilize
throughout as a member in good standing.
SUBMISSIONS
a. You are solely responsible for the content of any submission you relay to
this service. You shall not post any material that is knowingly false and/or
defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene,
profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or
otherwise in violation of any law. Transcontinental Publications
International Network reserves the right to delete, move, or edit messages
that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in
violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable.
b. You acknowledge that any submissions you make to this service may be
edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by
Transcontinental Publications International Network and you waive any moral
rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner
not agreeable to you.
c. By submitting information to this service, you hereby grant to
Transcontinental Publications International Network its affiliates and related
entities the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and
license to use, copy, modify, display, distribute and reproduce all such
materials in any form, media, software or technology of any kind now
existing or developed in the future. You shall also indemnify, defend and
hold Transcontinental Publications International Network harmless for any
liability, damage, claim and loss arising due to the use or distribution of
those materials. You further grant Transcontinental Publications
International Network the right to use your name or user name in connection
with the reproduction or distribution of such material. Transcontinental
Publications International Network, its affiliates and related entities do not
accept unsolicited materials or ideas for use or publication in their
publications, broadcast programming, books or their digital and electronic
media except in connection with user-generated content submitted through
commenting, rating, social networks, message board forums, chat rooms, and
bulletin boards on this service. This service, its affiliates and related
entities shall not be responsible for the similarity of any of its content
or programming in any material or ideas transmitted to this service. User
generated content submitted to this service does not necessarily represent
the views of the site, its affiliates or any individual associated with

the published views of the author and not necessarily the views of any other

by your member registration is determined fictitious due to inconsistencies, Transcontinental Publications International Network reserves the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of this service.
USE OF MEMBER REGISTRATION DATA
You agree any member registration data you provide may be shared with select
third party firms, unless you formally state a preference not to be
contacted. Transcontinental Publications International Network shall inform
such a Partner if your stated preference is not to be contacted. However,
Transcontinental Publications International Network shall not be responsible
or liable if Partner contacts you, permits a third party to contact you, or
provides or discloses your member registration data to any third party.
You agree that Transcontinental Publications International Network, its
Partners or designees may disclose member registration data to third parties about
you and your use of this service, and that such disclosures may include your
name, mailing address, email address, telephone or facsimile number, or
account number, unless you have formally requested an exempt status from
receiving any third party offers from any otherwise agent of
Transcontinental Publications International Network or its associates
authorized to disclose such information as required by and in accordance
with relevant substantive issues as a binding legal agreement.
This notice serves as a supplement to the Transcontinental Publications
International Network Privacy Policy located within the hierarchy of this
web page, and hereby incorporated by reference. In the event there exists any
inconsistency between this notice and the Privacy Policy, the terms and

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
a. You represent, warrant and covenant (a) that no materials of any kind
submitted through your account will (i) violate, plagiarize, or infringe
upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy
or other personal or proprietary rights; or (ii) contain libelous or
otherwise unlawful material; and (b) that you are at least thirteen years
old. You hereby indemnify, defend and hold Transcontinental Publications
International Network harmless, including all its officers, directors, owners,
agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees
(collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and
all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable
attorneys' fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any
claim arising out of any breach by you or any user of your account of this
service agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants. You
shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any such
claim. Transcontinental Publications International Network reserves the right,
at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any
matter subject to indemnification by you.
b. You expressly agree that use of this service is at your own risk. Neither
this service, Transcontinental Publications International Network, nor any of
their affiliates, employees, agents, content providers or licensors make any
claim, representation or warranty of any kind regarding this service, the
content or the results that may be obtained from using this service. This
service is provided on an "as is" basis and this service and
Transcontinental Publications International Network specifically disavow any
expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of
fitness for a particular purpose, warranties of merchantability or
warranties against infringements.
c. This service, Transcontinental Publications International Network, its
affiliates, employees, agents, content providers and licensors shall in no
event be liable for any damages or losses, including, without limitation,
direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages,
resulting from or caused by this service or its content, including, without
limitation, losses related to: your use or inability to use this service;
any errors, omissions or defects in the content; or any interruptions,
delays in transmission or computer viruses. In any event, any liability of

USERNAME AND PASSWORDS
You may receive a password and account designation upon completing the
member registration process involved with this service. You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully
responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
You agree to (a) immediately notify Transcontinental Publications
International Network of any unauthorized use of your password or account or
any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account
at the end of each session. Transcontinental Publications International
Network cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from
unauthorized use of your username and/or password. Any fraudulent, abusive,
or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account
left to the discretion of Transcontinental Publications International Network
not to exclude referring any obvious trangression to appropriate law
enforcement agencies.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Transcontinental Publications International Network reserves the right at any
time to increase applicable fees implicit to obtaining access to portions or
the entirety of this service as a whole. However, in no event will you be
charged for access to this service unless we obtain your prior agreement to
pay such charges. Thus, if at any time Transcontinental Publications
International Network requires a fee for portions of this service that are
gratuitous, advance notice of such portending fees and the opportunity to
cancel the account will be advanced before such charges are imposed. All new
fees, if any, will be related via electronic mail the and throughout
appropriate locations on this service. You shall pay all fees and charges
incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period
in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to
charges for any products offered for sale through this service by
Transcontinental Publications International Network or any other vendor or
service provider. All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for
through the account of the annoted sovereign member listed in good
standing.
SOFTWARE LICENSES
You shall have no right to proprietary software and related
documentation, or any enhancements or modifications thereto, that may be
provided to allot access this service. You may not sublicense, assign or
transfer any licenses granted by Transcontinental Publications International
Network, and any such attempt at a sub licens, assignment or transfer shall
result such action null and void. You may make copies of such software for
archival purposes only. You may not otherwise copy, distribute, modify,
reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any access software
related to this service.
TERMINATION
Transcontinental Publications International Network may, at its sole
discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this service
for any reason, including, without limitation, breach or assignment of this
service agreement.
MISCELLANEOUS
a. This notice has been brought, construed and shall be enforced in
accordance with Pennsylvania law. Any action to enforce this service agreement shall
only be brought in a federal or state court located within the jurisdiction
of Pennsylvania.
b. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, nothing in this Subscriber Notice
will serve to preempt the Transcontinental Publications International Network
Privacy Policy.
